Dierdre Gaddy
Founder & Principal Designer
Dierdre Gaddy, founder of Design Republic LLC, brings over 16 years of expertise in luxury interior design. Her signature style combines classic, organic influences with layered textures and refined neutral palettes, creating interiors that feel both sophisticated and deeply personal.
Originally from Jamaica, Dierdre’s love for design was sparked early by her architect brother. She pursued her passion in Miami, earning an MFA and winning Best in Show at IDEC for her thesis. After working in commercial and high-end residential interiors, she made Las Vegas her home, honing her craft on multi-million-dollar estates and luxury hospitality projects.
In 2024, she launched Design Republic, a boutique firm specializing in high-end residential projects, custom furnishings, and staging. Her work has been featured in Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing LA, The Spruce Magazine, Vegas Magazine, and in Las Vegas’s most exclusive communities — from MacDonald Highlands and The Ridges to Lake Las Vegas and The Summit Club.
Most recently, she has expanded her expertise to Southern Florida, bringing her editorial approach to coastal luxury living.
When she’s not designing, Dierdre recharges with travel, sunsets by the water, or quiet evenings with tea and a documentary. Weekends are reserved for her husband and daughter — family time she values just as much as the homes she creates.

Ashley Chowdhury
Design Assistant
At Design Republic, Ashley Chowdhury ensures every project reflects Dierdre’s vision while adding her own layered perspective to the process. Originally from Phoenix, she draws inspiration from the desert’s natural landscapes, weaving organic textures and earthy tones into her work.
Her design sensibility is shaped by her Indian heritage, global travels, and a love for artful details — elements that make a space feel not only beautiful, but lived-in and deeply personal. In the studio, Ashley curates materials, coordinates logistics, and supports client projects with a meticulous eye, ensuring every interior is as functional as it is refined.
Beyond the studio, Ashley finds inspiration outdoors and abroad — hiking desert trails, exploring new cities, and uncovering cultural influences that continuously inform her design approach.
